IHI Rx6系列渦輪一直以來都算是個夢幻級的逸品,到底好在哪邊?我也不清楚,提供幾個網頁來
作個簡單的介紹。

這顆渦輪會紅,應該跟honda F1 turbo時期、以及最近的動漫「灣岸競速」有關。但老實說,我實在
不太認為有神話的價值,看他的葉片大小、葉片設計也並非獨一無二的設計,但事實上他的確是屬於
大馬力級的渦輪。US論壇也有人討論,多數的網友仍舊選擇Garrett渦輪,零件好找、好搭配,要做到
同樣馬力等級的渦輪選擇也多!我認為這的確很合理。

滾珠、鋁鎂合金進氣housing、排小進大的設計是他基本的理念,這也是為何Honda F1 1500cc可以用上
兩顆打造1500hp的引擎的原因。(看到這邊就會覺得,網路上很多人都討論compressor maps的問題,
choke line、surge line....)的確,選擇適合的渦輪當然正確,但要小引擎掛大渦輪不是不可以,
轉速提高、提升VE效率等等,只要能夠解決,大吞吐量的渦輪一樣能夠在小排氣量的引擎上出現,但是當然
會變得很極端,但是既然有特殊用途,一般道路使用難以操駕就該心裡有數。

TCWR xx 是進氣側的的大小型號,右邊的圖可以大約看出對應的出風量 m3/min,可以自行換算CFM,
記得之前換算過,大約100-150CFM相當於得到100hp的數據(這個沒印象,要正確值得自己再算一次)。

A/R 18-27就是代表排龜了,不過IHI的A/R值算法好像與其他廠商不同,用的截面積比例。

價格怎麼算,都要10萬元....果真是夢幻級的....XD

TCW15----最佳增壓效率1.3-1.8bar,對應馬力:400-440

The smallest compressor available in the IHI RX6B family is the TCW15. The
TCW15 uses a 78mm outside diameter compressor wheel that has a 54mm inducer.
This equates to a 48-trim. This compressor provides best efficiencies in
the 1.3 to 1.8bar (19-26psi) boost pressure range. As for horsepower potential,
the TCW15 is best for applications in the 400 to 440 flywheel horsepower range.

TCW10-----最佳增壓效率1.0-1.5bar,對應馬力:440-500

The TCW10 compressor also shares a 78mm outside diameter compressor wheel.
However, the inducer of the compressor is 59mm (a 5mm increase from the TCW15).
This produces a 56-trim. This compressor is best suited for lower boost
applications. The best efficiencies are in the 1.0 to 1.5bar (14.5-22psi) boost
pressure range. As for horsepower potential, the TCW15 is best for applications
in the 450 to 500 flywheel horsepower range.

TCW76-------最佳增壓效率1.7-2.2bar,對應馬力:470-520,葉片進氣口大小56mm

The TCW76 compressor uses a compressor wheel with a larger major diameter than
the TCW15 or TCW10. Instead of a 78mm outside diameter, the major diameter is
82mm. The TCW76 sports a 56mm inducer. This translates into a 47-trim
relationship. This compressor is best suited for mid-to-high boost
applications. The best efficiencies are in the 1.7 to 2.2bar (25-32psi)
boost pressure range. As for horsepower potential, the TCW76 is best
for applications in the 470 to 520 flywheel horsepower range.

TCW77-------最佳增壓效率2.1-2.6bar,對應馬力:550-600,葉片進氣口61mm

The TCW77 compressor also shares an 82mm outside diameter compressor wheel
like the TCW76. However, the inducer of the compressor is 61mm
(a 5mm increase from the TCW76). This translates into a 55-trim relationship.
This compressor is best suited for high boost applications. The best
efficiencies are in the 2.1 to 2.6bar (30.5-38psi) boost pressure range.
As for horsepower potential, the TCW77 is best for applications in the
550 to 600 flywheel horsepower range.
